Change in Utility Bill Payment Screen:

The City of Wayland has implemented a new step when making an online payment towards the Utility Bills. You will now have to enter a PIN Number to access your account. This Pin number will be printed on future bills starting May 1, 2015. If you would like to access your account online prior to May 1, 2015, please contact City Hall 269-792-2265.


It's time for the Annual Wayland Union Football Pancake Breakfast. Join the 2015 players and staff at the Wayland Fire Dept on May 2nd from 7am - 11am. The cost for adults is $8 and the cost for seniors and children 10 and under is $5.

The City of Wayland is located off of U.S. 131 at exit 64 in the northeastern corner of Allegan County, Michigan.  This growing community is approximately 30 minutes south of the City of Grand Rapids, 40 Minutes north of the City of Kalamazoo and 45 minutes east of Lake Michigan.

Wayland was established in 1868 and was largely a farming and lumber community.  Approximately 4079 people currently reside in the City of Wayland.
