The Finance Department is responsible for managing the financial operations of the City, Including, but not limited to: budgeting, accounting, payroll, risk management, revenues, special assessments, and cash management.
The Treasurer prepares, mails and collects all tax bills for real and personal property located in the City of Wayland. The Treasurer is also responsible for negotiating all municipal financial investments (both short and long term).
